This was the last wedding of 2010 that I had the pleasure to photograph. It was another amazing year in Canberra that surpassed my expectations and there were so many great experiences that have helped me grow as an artist that I am grateful for.
The happy couple Nora and Fred are both very kind and fun-loving. Nora recently moved from her home country of Vietnam and is training to become a florist, so she went all out the day before to prepare all the flowers for her wedding - an impressive feat that turned out very well, so I would recommend her! We started off for photos at Dunrossil Drive and had their entourage of friends met us half way through (including a recent couple of mine). The ceremony took place at the lunch reception (good thing as it rained once we arrived after photos), and afterward there were Asian delicacies galore - the food didn't seem to stop coming! After the lunch they paid respects to their families with a tea ceremony, which involved a wardrobe change for Nora and also a whole roasted pig as a gift!

Looks like such a fun wedding, and I love the homage to the Vietnamese squat! Beautiful pictures Mark.
Mark, you really made our day with your work behind the camera, we can't say enough and wanted to thank you for everything that you have provided for us on our special day.
The photos are really beautiful. Fred and Nora look like they had the best day ever, such happiness..
Wow! These photographs are amazing. The way this photoshoot has been done is mind-blowing. My wedding is also around the corner and I am planning to book one of the best wedding venues of the town for my wedding ceremony. My fiancé is very special to me and I am glad that I am marrying him finally. It is going to be the best day of my life.
