Jenn & Ed - August 15th

It was another beautiful day for a wedding as Jenn and Ed celebrated at Glenlyon Norfolk School, which is a unique venue. It's the former home of famous Victoria architect Francis Rattenbury who built it in the early 1900's. The event was short and sweet at 3 hours, as the couple are flying off to Costa Rica (where they met) early next year for a beach wedding with Ed's family.

The bridal party was groovin' to some great latin beats from a local band...

The photo booth and all the props were a fun distraction...

Melissa & Brad - August 8th

I enjoyed my trip over to Langley from Victoria for this fun couple's big day. We started at their house and then went to small-but-beautiful Sendall Gardens, followed by a trip to Fort Langley National Historic Site. We enjoyed being cheered on by Japanese school kids as we explored the interesting buildings (no time for gold panning unfortunately!). The ceremony and reception took place at Langley Golf Centre after our location shoots.

We blind-folded Brad until we arrived at the gardens for a 'Big Reveal'...

Ursula & Shane - July 25th

Idyllic Pender Island, B.C. at Poets Cove Resort & Spa was the venue for Ursula & Shane's nuptials, on a warm and glorious afternoon. The intimate ceremony took place on a patio overlooking the harbour. After checking out some boats on the water we stole away to Gowlland Point for some amazing views of Mt. Baker and some cool volcanic rocks. Soon the happy couple is off to Ireland for a family reception and honeymoon.
