GoBoda Bootcamp

Some things just seem to fall into place. When I saw Jim Garner's GoBoda Bootcamp and saw that it was in nearby Seattle the week after I got back from Canada, I thought it would be a great opportunity to take my photography to another level. It didn't disappoint! Although pricey at first glance, the workshop was first-class and definitely worth it. A small group size of enthusiastic shooters, fun shoots downtown, and Jim's quirky style and gorgeous images... There was lots and lots of great info on the business and album side of things, along with golden Photoshop techniques, plus great socializing and food. I was impressed at how open Jim was about sharing his knowledge, and the business talk by Lanae Rivers-Woods and Katarina Garner had a big impact on me. Check out Kip's photo blog for an eloquent description.

A few photos from the week...

What trip to Seattle would be complete without a visit to the Pike Place fish market?
