Kate & Ben - February 20th

Kate & Ben are a sweet couple with a casual nature that made them a pleasure to photograph. We all met up before the ceremony for a relaxing photo session with just the two of them (and me, of course!). It seems like when couples see each other beforehand it helps put each other at ease and makes the photo part a breeze. We traipsed around Canberra going from the art gallery, to Reconciliation Place, the museum, and Commonwealth Park. They walked and laughed together on their way up the 'aisle' to the ceremony at the Sculpture Garden, which was very short but sweet. They had a cocktail reception at the adjacent and aptly-named Sculpture Garden Restaurant.

Don't mind the tiny heads poking out of the water at the Sculpture Garden...
